The content, payment and placement rules for using HypeBid.

What you purchase

A leaderboard bid permanently adds to a listing’s cumulative total. A spotlight purchase reserves one full UTC hour. Placement can change and does not guarantee views, followers, sales or engagement.

Payments and eligibility

Prices are displayed in US dollars and activate only after confirmation by the payment provider. Purchasers must be at least 18 and must control, or be authorised to promote, the submitted content.

Refunds

HypeBid refunds listings rejected before meaningful exposure and future spotlights cancelled before their hour begins. Payments are generally final after valid placement starts, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Duplicate charges and technical failures are reviewed individually, and approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Not allowed

• Illegal content, malware, scams, phishing or deceptive redirects.
• Impersonation, hate, harassment, explicit sexual material or exploitation.
• Regulated goods, copyright abuse or artificial engagement services.
• Private content or material you are not authorised to promote.

Enforcement

Automated checks run before publication. People can report listings, and HypeBid may hide, reject or refund listings and suspend accounts after review. Attempts to manipulate clicks or attack the service are prohibited.

Support

Before launch, HypeBid must publish a support email for refund and moderation requests.
